Start the year with a BOOTCAMP!

An exercise program for the week will be posted every Monday morning. This is not for the faint hearted! Are you ready to start this 8 week program?!

Remember to hydrate before, while and after exercising.. Stretching before and after exercising is extremely important. Whenever you feel fatigued, dizzy or nausea… stop the exercise immediately!

Let’s get fit!!!

Monday (5th Jan)  

- Stretch for 30 minutes, hold each stretch for at least 20 -seconds.

 

Tuesday    

- 250 Jumping rope jumps (divide them into 5 sets)

- 50 Sit-ups (divide into 5 sets)

- 25 squats (divide into 5 sets)

- 25 push-ups (divide into 5 sets)

 

Wednesday      

- 30 Sit-ups

- 20 squats

- 10 push-ups

 

Thursday  

- 250 Jumping rope jumps (divide them into 5 sets)

- 50 Sit-ups (divide into 5 sets)

- 25 squats (divide into 5 sets)

- 25 push-ups (divide into 5 sets)

 

Friday                        

- REST

 

Saturday   

- 5km Run / Walk

- 30 Sit-ups

- 10 squats

- 15 push-ups

 

Sunday    

- 50 Jumping jacks

- 50 Sit-ups

- 25 squats

- 15 push-ups

 

Monday (12th Jan)   

- 2km Run / Walk

- 50 Sit-ups

- 25 squats

- 15 push-ups
